H11EWD REMOVALS

1) To reserve your preferred date if it is available we require a 20% or £100 minimum deposit, whichever is greater. 2) If the date of move is changed we will credit half of your original deposit to your new date. But retain the other half to cover loss of work on that date. 3) If you cancel your move with us the deposit will be retained in full to cover our loss of earnings. 4) Balances of your quotation amount less the deposits paid are due 24hrs before the morning of your move date. 5) Items not included for in our original quotation and are additional items may be charged over and above our quotation 6) To dismantle & reassemble standard items such as beds we charge £25 each, for larger or more complex items these will be £35 each. 7) Waiting time will be charged at £25 per hour per porter. Usually after 2pm on move dates, or within agreed times. 8) Screens are no longer covered by Goods in Transit insurance and should be covered on your home / house insurance. 9) Our Standard Goods in Transit insurance is £10,000.00 per vehicle 10) Any breakages or damages should be reported within 24hrs of your move if we have packed it, if you packed yourselves then there will be no liability on us 11) Your inventory single trip insurance form must be completed, signed, dated and emailed to us before your move date to validate insurance with the relevant insurance company
